DB Link Issue - Not able to add Records in Policies
When the Exchange Wizard setup window appears instead of being able to add a new record to a Policy Type follow these instructions:
- Click the APPLY button
- Click the "+" button again under the Policy
- If asked about what fields to erase when finished adding the record leave the right-hand column (ACT fields to erase) BLANK. Click the Checkbox saying "Use these Settings in the future" and then click NEXT to finish.
These steps may need to be replicated for each of the Policy Types, if the Exchange Wizard pops up instead of just automatically adding another row to the Policy Table.
